Hey I'm Laura and I'm so glad your here. My goal is to help you become a first-time home buyer in Atlanta because of the financial independence and stability it offers.
I decided to become a real estate agent because I want to teach my community in Atlanta how to become a homeowner and empower my community with resources that are there for the taking so buying a home can become a reality for you sooner rather than later.
What I now realize is it's buying the home you live in first that starts to build wealth in real estate. But so often we think that we can't afford it, we have to move, we have to wait and rent but no you don't have to.
why is this so important? because we need to start plugging into the advantages of homeownership.
What I didn't realize then that I realize now is that you can buy a house even if you have student loan debt, even if you don't have a lot to put down, even if your going to move soon and your not sure if your going to live in that place forever, that then becomes your first investment property and that is my favorite way to build wealth in real estate and now even if you don't think its possible for you to buy a home for years to come, you should still learn what's possible so you are ready when the time comes.
